What types of cookie pies do you offer?

All our cookie pies are made with a chocolate chip cookie base, topped and filled with a variety of fillings, and toppings.  

Are all your items made fresh?

Yes, all our desserts are freshly baked to order.

Do your cookie pies contain allergens? 

All our cookie pies contain eggs, gluten and dairy and may also contain nuts, soy and tree nuts. 

Please check the description of each product for a list of their ingredients. 

How long do the cookie pies stay fresh? 

Our cookie pies are best enjoyed within 5 days and should be stored in an airtight container. To add an extra 2 days, store in an airtight container, and place in the fridge. 

Microwave for 3-5 seconds to bring softness and gooeyness back to your cookie pie. (add our homemade ice cream for that extra step of indulgence).

Do you offer shipping and delivery? 

Not yet. Currently, all our food is available for pickup only. For our ice cream retailers click here. 

Do you offer catering?

Absolutely. We offer bulk orders for each flavour, send your order through using our contact us form.

What if I have an issue with my order? 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via our form, and we'll be happy to help. 

Order & Pick-Up Policy

Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they are confirmed. No payment = no booking.

Pick-Up Times
You can choose your pick-up time at checkout:

• Friday evening between 5pm - 6pm. 

• Saturday morning between 10am - 11am.

Please collect your order within your selected time window.

Running Late?
Life happens — just message us as soon as possible if you’re running late or need to adjust your time. Communication matters.

Missed Pick-Ups
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we do not offer refunds for orders that are not collected.

Pick-Up Location
Please collect your order from the downstairs sliding door.
You’ll see the Kuka In Sami’s Kitchen sign — you can’t miss it.
