Made From The Heart

Kuka in Sami’s Kitchen began with my dad—this is a tribute to him.

He taught me to cook the way he lived—fearless, instinctive, and from the heart. There were no recipes in our kitchen, no strict rules to follow: just his steady presence, a wooden spoon, and his quiet confidence guiding everything he made.

He believed cooking wasn’t something you measured—it was something you felt.

🌺 Food, in our home, was never just about eating. It was about Aiga, connection and sharing something made with alofa.

Kuka in Sami’s Kitchen is my way of carrying that forward.

🌺 Every sweet, every story, every little bit of this and that—is for dad and for all of us.
