Alofa means “love” in Samoan, and that’s exactly what went into creating this biscuit. My Koko Samoa biscuit is made with real Koko Samoa and semi chocolate chips throughout, then filled with a creamy Koko Samoa centre. Created to capture the familiar, comforting flavour of a warm cup of Koko Samoa in every bite.
